Agro Food Park consent form

We hereby ask you to give your consent, so that we may use the pictures and recordings we have of you for articles and marketing of Agro Food Park, whom is a part of Landbrug & Fødevarer F.m.b.A. This means that Agro Food Park at any time - without exception - may use these pictures and recordings unlimited for marketing in e.g. press releases, brochures, social media and other communications material.

Processing of your personal data will happen in regards to the rules of the personal data laws.

Write the country you live in
Upload a picture where the person/people giving consent are easily visable. This picture will only be used with the purpose of validating your consent, and not for any other use.

Who has access to your data?
Agro Food Park is part of Landbrug & Fødevarer F.m.b.A. We store this statement of consent and the personal information that you fill in here, as well as the photo materials which is the result of the photos and recordings that you give consent to.

Who do we share it with?
Photos and recordings are stored and used by Agro Food Park. The materials are only used in relation to Agro Food Park. We share your statement of consent with relevant departments in Landbrug & Fødevarer F.m.b.A., to be able to answer what information we have about you, in the event that you wish to be informed about this, or wish to have your data deleted.

Withdrawal of consent
Your consent can be revoked at any time by written notice to Agro Food Park. A recall does not affect the use of photos and videos of you that took place prior to your recall. However, when revoking your consent, we will  remove photos and videos of you as soon as possible. On the digital media, this happens immediately after the inquiry, while already printed and distributed material cannot be withdrawn. As for printed but not yet released material, we will delete photos and videos of you unless it will incur unreasonable costs for Agro Food Park.

How long do we store your personal information?
We store this statement of consent and the photo materials until the consent is revoked or 1 year after we stop using the materials. We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the above purposes.
