Morning Masterclass: Four technologies with the capacity to change our agricultural and food production

February 25th from 7:00-9:00 a.m.  Agro Food Park 15, meeting room 9.

We will start with breakfast snacks at 6:45 a.m. with four presentations following (in English):

  • Cell-based cultivated milk production by Associate Professor Nina Aagaard Poulsen, Department of Food Science, Aarhus University
  • Cultivated meat - an alternative production concept by Associate Professor Martin Krøyer Rasmussen, Department of Food Science, Aarhus University
  • CO2-to-Protein Pilot Plant within Aarhus University's CCU Demnostration Hub by Postdoctoral Research Asssociate Alberto Robazza, BCE Aarhus University
  • The Casein Mission - the ability of yeast, bacteria and fungi to produce protein in the food of the future by Professor Lotte Bach Larsen, Department of Food Science, Aarhus University
