Diet4Life is an R&D company with a focus to develop, refine, and apply high-throughput screening methods for identification and characterization of food-derived molecules that initiate, enhance or otherwise modify cellular signals.
Food-derived components, particularly protein fractions, can be obtained from various side-streams in current food production systems, e.g. whey proteins from cheese production, and retain many characteristics of the original food source. Recovered proteins are valuable components as functional food ingredients.
Diet4Life uses various cellular screening platforms for rapid discovery of novel protein-derived, bioactive components with physiologic activity.
